Forms for use by members
Faithful Scholars requires all high school students to submit annual transcripts in order that we might rank our students. Class rank is often required for students applying for scholarships and to certain colleges. We will maintain your transcripst and class rank free of charge for four years. Should your student require an official transcript to submit with college application(s) a fee will be applied.
- Use the Faithful Scholars Transcript Form for official high school transcripts and student ranking.
- Use the South Carolina Grade Converstion Chart to assist with the creation of your transcripts.
- Use the Faithful Scholars Grading Form to assist with maintaining subject assignments and grades that will later be transferred to a Faithful Scholars Transcript Form.
- Attend our High School Need-to-Know workshop to learn how to weight grades, convert grades to SC specifications and complete your transcripts.

Membership Renewal and Compliance Forms
Online Compliance Form for current members - The compliance form is to be completed at the end of your school year prior to membership renewal.
Online membership renewal for returning members - Requires online payment with a credit card or PayPal.
