Forms for use by members
Faithful Scholars requires all high school students to submit annual transcripts by June 1st of each year in order that we might rank our students. Class rank is required for students applying for scholarships and to certain colleges. We will maintain your home-transcripts and class rank free of charge. Should your junior or senior require an official college-accepted transcript a fee will be applied.
- The Faithful Scholars Transcript Form is to be used for student ranking and the creation of college accepted transcripts. Each box, under each year should be filled in with subject and grade. Use the South Carolina Grade Converstion Chart to assist with the creation of your transcripts.
- The Faithful Scholars Grading Form is to assist with maintaining daily work-- assignments, projects, tests, class participation, etc-- material that will be graded, averaged and transferred to the (above) Faithful Scholars Transcript Form.
- Attend our High School Need-to-Know workshop to learn how to weight and convert grades to SC specifications, be able to discern honors courses, create eye catching portfolios and complete your home-transcripts, as well as other related information.

Membership Renewal and Compliance Forms
Online Compliance Form for current members - The compliance form is to be completed at the end of your school year prior to membership renewal. Your membership number is required and can be found on your membership letter.
Online membership renewal for current members - Requires your membership number and online payment with a credit card or PayPal.
