Registration Information
HOW TO SWITCH FROM ANOTHER ASSOCIATION :
- Complete your academic year with your current accountability association.
- Go to www.faithfulscholars.com, (Oh, you are here! Welcome!) print out and completely fill in your application. We must have a copy of the primary parent-teacher's diploma (GED, transcripts or diploma) prior to membership approval. It is easiest to mail this during your initial application process.
- On-line compliance and re-newal application forms may be utilized after membership approval.
FAITHFUL SCHOLARS FEES:
- Single-student family $25/year
- Multi-student family (no limit) $50/year
- High school student add an additional $25/student/year
- High school diploma add an additional $25/diploma
- Official 4-year transcript (required for most college application) $100/transcript
- Personal consultations $35/hour
- E-mail consultations Free
- Workshop $10/workshop
- Retreat $20/retreat
- Replacement teacher/ID cards $3/card
- Enchanted Learning $7/year
- SCHEA $15/year

Membership Renewal and Compliance Forms
Online Compliance Form for current members - The compliance form is to be completed at the end of your school year prior to membership renewal.
Online membership renewal for returning members- Requires online payment with debit, credit or PayPal.
If you do not wish to use the online members forms, please use our printable application and compliance forms.
